On this day, Dad took us to Huntington Beach Central Park and Melrose had more exercise than she ever had in her whole life. We got to get off the leash and we followed Dad as he walked around the ball fields; it's about a two mile walk. I run and Melrose tries to follow. 
Then while Dad was doing his toe touching and bending stuff, we played in the grass. Then Melrose became so tired I could not get up. It was a crack up to see her flap her paw at me.I've uploaded a video for you to watch.
After this park Dad took us to Eldarado Park for some squirrel chasin. Here is some more videos we took. Dad is such a ham and he is so impatient. I like to chase the squirrils when they are too far from a tree to climb. But he is impatient; he always has me go to soon.
Well, one of the days maybe I'll get one of those squirrels. The only thing I have not figured out is, what will I do with it when I catch it? Actually, it is all about the chase; I love to run fast and they run fast. Once I caught up with one and flipped it with my nose. It did not know what to do.
